We use Aramex as our primary courier partner for deliveries.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are generally between:

  • 8 - 11 business days for major cities and metropolitan areas.
  • Outlying or remote areas may require additional delivery time.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are at a flat rate of R89

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details,
  • Failure to accept delivery,
  • Failure to collect from a courier collection point,

Urban Drift reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact Urban Drift within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order details,
  • Photos of the parcel and products,
  • Description of the issue.

Urban Drift will investigate the matter with the courier and assist where reasonably possible.

9. Ownership and Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided delivery address.

Ownership of goods remains with Urban Drift until full payment has been received.
